Vacation Employment Program
The Vacation Employment program runs each year from late November to mid February.

WestNet Infrastructure Group employs penultimate-year university students for block periods of 12 weeks as part of our vacation work program. The program is designed to develop students’ skills, provide valuable work experience and potentially feed into the graduate program for the following year’s intake.

The focus of the 2009/10 vacation employment will be on:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Business / Commerce / Economics
• Finance / Accounting

We employ students for a single block period of time so they are able to work on a specific project or develop other meaningful work. We do not believe in employing students for the purpose of performing menial office tasks.
