John Cleland – Chief Executive Officer
John was appointed Chief Executive Officer of WestNet Infrastructure Group upon the acquisition by Babcock & Brown Infrastructure of various Western Australian assets of Alinta Limited in September 2007. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of WestNet Rail, an appointment that was made concurrent with the purchase of a controlling interest in the business by BBI in June 2006.
Prior to his appointment at WestNet Rail, he spent three-and-a-half years as General Manager Finance of Australian Railroad Group, on secondment from Wesfarmers Limited where he worked for eleven years in various commercial and management roles.

Ross Caldwell –Acting General Manager Gas Distribution
Ross was appointed Acting General Manager Gas Distribution in June 2009. In this role he assumes responsibility for the overall management of the Gas Distribution Business (WA Gas Networks). WA Gas Networks Pty Ltd is the owner of the majority of the reticulated gas infrastructure in Western Australia (www.wagn.com.au).
Prior to assuming this role Ross was the Chief Information Officer of the newly formed WestNet Infrastructure Group. In this position he successfully completed the WestNet Infrastructure Group IT Transition of the BBI acquired Alinta assets out of the Alinta group of companies; as well as establishing the IT capability to deliver IT Services to the Group going forward. Previously Ross was the IT Manager for WestNet Rail and in this role he successfully managed the IT transition program to establish WestNet Rail as a standalone entity following its sale (to BBI) by Wesfarmers. Ross has held several IT management roles in the resources and professional services sectors since moving to Perth. Preceding this he gained experience in IT service and operations management positions in London, United Kingdom, working in the rail and engineering sectors. |

Dave Detez – Group Manager HR
Dave was appointed as Group Manager Human Resources, WestNet Infrastructure Group upon the acquisition by BBI of various WA assets of Alinta Limited in September 2007. Prior to this appointment, Dave was Manager Human Resources of WestNet Rail moving from the Australian Railroad Group at the time of BBI’s acquisition of the controlling interest in WestNet Rail in June 2006.
Dave has 22 years experience in a range of human resource related roles. Before joining WestNet Rail, Dave was Australian Railroad Group’s Manager Workplace Reform and was responsible for workplace and employee relations and implementation of workplace change. |

John Hollewand – Group Manager Health Safety Environment & Quality
John was appointed Group Manager Health Safety Environment & Quality in February 2009. This role is responsible for managing HSEQ for WNG and its employees and also provides overall strategy and policy oversight for all WNG business units. John was previously seconded to BBI from Powerco Ltd (NZ).
This role followed on from the fourteen month secondment where John fulfilled the role of owners’ representative for BBI when they acquired WestNet Rail. Prior to his secondment to WestNet Rail in 2006, John’s most recent role within Powerco was that of Integration and Development Manager and on Powerco’s Greenfield Natural Gas project in Tasmania. Over the three-and-a-half years John was involved in that project he was responsible for regulatory, licensing and compliance issues. |

Claire Miller – General Counsel & Company Secretary Claire was appointed to the position of General Counsel and Company Secretary of WestNet Infrastructure Group in January 2008.
Prior to joining WestNet Infrastructure Group, Claire was the Senior Legal Counsel for National Australia Bank based in Melbourne. She was also the Australia and New Zealand General Counsel and Company Secretary for Jones Lang LaSalle in Sydney. Claire has also worked as a Senior Associate with Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Melbourne and with the NT Department of the Attorney General.
Clair is responsible for the management of the WestNet Infrastructure Group’s legal, company secretarial, compliance, corporate risk and insurance functions. |

Graeme Morris – Chief Financial Officer Graeme was appointed Chief Financial Officer of WestNet Infrastructure Group in September 2007. In this role he is responsible for the finance and accounting, planning and investment together with and business administration functions of WestNet Infrastructure Group.
Previously, Graeme was appointed Financial Controller of WestNet Rail in June 2006, with overall responsibility of the finance and information technology functions of WestNet Rail. Graeme played a significant role in the successful separation of the WestNet Rail business from the Australian Railroad Group following the acquisition of the business by BBI in June 2006.
Prior to joining WestNet Rail, Graeme spent five and half years in the corporate finance function of the Australian Railroad Group. |

Peter Seddon - Acting Chief Information Officer
Peter was appointed Acting Chief Information Officer in June 2009. In this role Peter is responsible for leading the WestNet Infrastructure IT team, and providing a comprehensive IT service to WNG, WNE and WNR Prior to assuming the role within WestNet Infrastructure Group Peter held the role of Programme Delivery Manager and has successfully delivered the capital works programme.
Preceding this he gained significant international experience working in the UK, Germany and Asia Pacific within the Investment Banking, Consulting and Government sectors delivering technology and risk programs. Peter holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Management) and a Postgraduate Diploma Business Systems (Systems Development). |
